How long will my order take?
Picking and packing is 1–2 business days. Carrier transit is 3–7 business days. Most orders therefore arrive within 4–9 business days, and tracking is emailed at the scan.
How much is shipping?
At $59.00 and above, we pay it. Below, it is $5.99 flat however heavy the parcel.
Do you ship outside the United States?
International shipping is not something we offer. Everywhere in the US, including Alaska and Hawaii, is.
Can I collect my order from the shop?
We do not offer pickup on web orders. The counter at 308 Knickerbocker Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11237, United States is open Open Sun–Fri: 10:00–19:00 | Closed Saturday. for anything you want to buy in person.
What can I pay with?
Payment is by Pay with cards and more, Card, WeChat Pay, Klarna and Afterpay. The card details go to the provider directly and are not kept by us.
Can I return something?
Certainly — 30 days on unused goods. Our error, our postage. The conditions are set out on the Refund and Returns Policy page.
How fast are refunds?
Refunds leave us inside 5–7 business days of receiving the goods. Statements usually catch up one to five days later.
Can I cancel an order?
Up to the point of picking, which is usually about 12 hours on a business day. Beyond that the parcel is with the carrier.
Is my card safe?
We use a PCI DSS compliant provider for payment. The full card number is never visible to this website.
